The prices included in the detailed estimate are based on market surveys and daily updated online resources but we encourage our clients to put their own prices.

The estimated trades will be mentioned in the detailed estimate and any missing trade or item should be considered as exclusion.

Our Take-off is based on the scaled PDF drawings unless otherwise noted.

Payment method will be through Credit Card and payment terms will always be 50% upon approval and 50% before submission.

Filling out bid forms, any sort of revision and change in drawings, any kind of information forms related to projects will be charged separately.

We encourage good and long-run business and our rates are far less than the market.
